# Free Mental Health Care Through Uwill

You deserve care that meets you where you are. **Uwill** makes it simple to connect with a licensed counselor or explore wellness tools designed around your preferences, schedule, and goals — all at no cost to you through June 2026.

Founded in 2020 to expand access to campus mental health care, **Uwill** is now one of the leading mental health and wellness platforms in the world — supporting more than **4 million people across all 50 states and 40 countries**.

Through Uwill, you can:

- Connect with a **licensed counselor — often within minutes**
- Choose a counselor who best fits your **identity and needs**
- Access **24/7 crisis support** through *Uhelp*, connecting you directly to a therapist trained in trauma response
- Explore *Urise*, an on-demand library of **wellness programs like yoga, mindfulness, and meditation**
- Get care **year-round**, including during summer and winter breaks

### Free for New Jersey Students Until June 30, 2026

Students at **45 participating public and independent public-mission institutions** in New Jersey are eligible for **free, state-funded access** to Uwill until June 30, 2026.
