## **Staying Motivated**

Motivation is the driving force behind your decision to return to college. Here are some tips to stay motivated:

**🚩Set Clear Goals:**

Define your why: why you want to return to college. Is it for career advancement, personal fulfillment, or maybe setting an example for your family?

- Clear goals provide a sense of purpose.
- **Write down 1-2 goals.**

**👀Visualize Success:**

Imagine yourself achieving your degree and the benefits it will bring.

- What do you want to be true about yourself when you complete your degree
- **Write these down next to your goals.**

**📈Break it Down:**

Break your journey into smaller, manageable milestones to track your progress and celebrate achievements.

- What are some first steps you want to take?
- **Write down the steps you want to take next to what you want to be true about yourself.**
